The Swiss pearwood belongs to the family of rose-plants and comes from Central and South Europe. The Swiss pearwood can reach a growth height of up to 30 m and a trunk diameter of 0,8 m, it is, in fact, the tallest rose-plant. It counts as one of the rarest and most expensive native woods. Its main usage is for manufacturing of exclusive furniture with a high claim for quality and design.
